Mr. David was with me every step of the way. He assured me there was nothing to worry about. Then he came through with his promise. I will definitely look to Mr. David in any future cases that I may have.

I live outside of South Carolina. It is a beautiful state and we have loved ones who live there as well. I received a traffic ticket while in South Carolina. I originally hired a different law firm to help me and they were very pleasant to speak with but I did not feel confident that they were making progress with my case. I contacted David Melnyk and asked if he would help me and he agreed to do so. From the moment I met him I found myself at ease and I was confident that he would be able to help me. He has a strong positive presence and excellent communication skills which helped a great deal with this case. My chances of prevailing were not good as the mitigating circumstances were difficult to present. It would require the skill of a very good attorney in order to have the ticket dismissed. That is exactly what David Melnyk brought to this case. I highly recommend David Melnyk for anyone needing help with traffic issues or anything else he does. This review is long but it is truthful and a positive review of David Melnyk is richly deserved. As I mentioned my chances of prevailing were about that of a snowball chances in the theological place of eternal punishment and yet David Melnyk was able to make the difference. I was very happy and relieved with the outcome. The ticket was dismissed. Thank you again David Melnyk.

I was recommended to Mr. Melnyk through a colleague of his, and he handled the case extremely well. I live outside of South Carolina, and Mr. Melnyk was able to handle almost all of the case without me present, and in the end the charge was completely dismissed.

I was fortunate enough to find David to help me on a case 10 years ago. He was able to get my case fully expunged and I couldn’t have been happier. Since then he has helped me with two more cases and with his knowledge of the law along with his relationships with the courts have helped me tremendously. I highly recommend him to anyone yet hope to need him in the future myself!

I called Mr. Melnky right after I got my CDL ticket. He started working on it from day one & did not let up till he got it dropped. It took him almost a year because the trooper did not want to let it go. But Mr. Melnyk did not let up. I had resigned myself that there was no way that trooper would let it go. So I went a head & paid it w/o letting Mr. Melnyk know. Two months later I got a text from him saying he got it dropped! I could not believe it. I said What? I said I already paid it because I did not seeing it getting dropped. He said ” Well I don’t give up”. You will be getting a refund. Sure enough he was right on the money. I got a refund from SC a month later. I hope I never get another ticket in SC or anywhere else but if I do. I will be calling Mr. Melnyk again. 🙂

David argued a feloniuos reckless driving ticket down to dismissed. Sticking it out he fought the State Supreme Court’s decision on traffic tickets and sought the best outcome for me. Even after moving to Texas David still treated me as if were still in Columbia. Thanks David.

Obviously knows his way with the courts, judges and officers. I was referred to him by another attorney that does not handle many cases in court. You deal direct with him and not some clerk or flunky as with a larger firm. May not be the best choice if you need constant hand holding as he naturally cannot answer calls while in court or with another client. Always called me back after leaving a message. Apparently knowing how to move the case to another court and negotiating with the officer the officer was a no show and case dismissed. Hope not to need him again but will keep his number.
